Payment policies
✅ The total amount of your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card and will appear on your account statement.

✅ In the case of payment via Paypal, a 10% commission will be applied to the final cost of your service.

✅ Cancellation or change for any reason of the services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change services at our discretion, we will try to substitute similar services. If we have to completely cancel your reservation, the responsibility of Happy Diaz Transfers is limited to supporting and justifying the cancellation through evidence.
✅ A full refund will not be possible in situations where the trip has to be cancelled, interrupted and/or deferred by Happy Diaz Transfers for reasons beyond its control (out of our control, such as, but not limited to, weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where Happy Diaz Transfers contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the amount paid or payable to the supplier on behalf of the client. If the correct price is lower than the amount quoted, Happy Diaz Transfers applies the lower amount. Cancellation and refund policy✅ Any cancellation request must be communicated in writing by email to our Customer Service Department, mentioning your reservation number at least 224 hours in advance.

✅ The refund is made with the retention of 10% of the total cost of the service as compensation for inconveniences caused by said cancellation.
